Here are some pictures. First one is me in the OR (obviously). 2nd is the flight in on C-130, and the 3rd is our living area--trailer by my right had is girls bathroom/showers, and my left arm is over the barricades in front of our trailers. We got called into the OR last night, didn't get done until around 3am. I love it though, because that is why I am here. The helicopters are coming and going all day and night, and we had an osprey land last night. They are so loud, it sounds like they may land on our roof. I am on call for 24 tomorrow. The weather is beautiful here. I love hearing from you all, thanks to everyone who writes :-)

These pics are great. I Love to that you are well. It is cool that you are getting some cases in the OR. I know you love to be busy at work. Dillon wonders if there is a barb wire fence on the outside of the barricades? Looks like a cozy trip in the C-130. how many people were in there? Were there tanks and vehicles in there too?
All your BOYS at home love and miss you and its fun to see pics and read about you often.

It is great to see your smiling face in those pictures. Sounds like you were doing some good work over T-giving. I hosted dinner for nine relatives and tapped all my domestic reserves, leaving me to drink beer and watch college sports for the rest of the weekend (. . . hm, maybe I should host the holidays more often?). Thanks for putting in the effort to post pictures, it's neat to see what it is like where you are.
You are never far from our thoughts (in fact, I thought of you when I put on my Frye boots today!!), and we all miss you and love you.

It's so good to see you. You look great! Man what a mind-blowing experience! I watched a report on CNN News, and it was all about an Army hosp. in Bagdad. It took you into the ER and then right into the OR. It looked like every other hosp. in the USA, until you realize they are all wearing guns! Some were even wearing body armor. You are on my mind always. Wendy and I talk about you often. (always good!) Love ya and miss ya. Take good care of yourself.

OK-guess I can't continue to read your notes and enjoy your pictures without writing back, right? First of all, I think about you, Brian and the boys tons. I'm so amazed with all of you and your bravery. I'm sorry I haven't written sooner - I will try to do better. Afterall, it's the least I can do in my cozy, comfortable home.
I'm glad you had a little bit of a treat with the manicure and pedicure. You deserve any special treat you can put your hands on (or should I say, :Have done to your hands"!).

Hi girl!! This whole thing is still a learning process to me. You said to enlarge the photos but I just got around to it--I was amazed at how much detail I could see. Like the OR cap you're wearing-it says GONZAGA-I love it. Go Buldogs!! It finally snowed here-not a lot but the first storm of the season, and it's really cold today. I'm having a hard time convincing myself that I should go to water aerobics!! Go out in the cold and get wet?! I talked to the boys several times in the last few days and they sound great. Hope you are staying busy-that will make the time go faster. For anyone who may read this, I sent a package and it got there is 5 days--good news. Miss you, oxoxoxo MOM
Hi Alison, I have been trying to get the m home ready to go, I drained the coolent and refilled it today. So as you can see I didn't get much done today, so you know what will happen tomarrow. New winshield wipers etc. How did your 24 on call go the other day? Have you learned any Arabic yet? Might come in handy when you get home, I read that alot of the Arabic speeking people are heading our way. Your Mom is telling me to cut this short, I think that she want's to get on, so we love you and think of you all the time. K.L.
